    Our tribute to American soldiers in Normandy

    The Association des Amis du Jumelage Saint-Germain-en-Laye/Winchester (Saint-Germain-en-Laye and Winchester Twin Cities Friends) organized a trip to Normandy during the last days of September. It was an occasion to remember the sacrifice of American soldiers who, along with others, liberated France and Europe from the Nazi oppression. It was an important initiative for the 70th anniversary of D-Day.
