Administrative Procedures provided by the Administrative Centre are now streamlined thanks to the Atrium’s 3 sections:
- The Practical Services Section,
- The Registry Office Section,
- The Solidarity Section.
Upon your arrival at the Administrative Centre, you must report to the Receptionist, who will direct you to an Administrative Procedures Agent for one of the Atrium’s sections. By telephone, the “Phare” (01 30 87 20 00) will put in contact with an Administrative Procedures Agent.
The Atrium - Practical Services Section

This section will primarily assist you with your applications for identification documents, your enrolment on the electoral role, the youth military census and enrolments in schools and extracurricular activities.
The Atrium - Registry Office Section

This section assists you with birth certificates, death certificates, marriage certificates and all other civil status documents. Applications for civil status documents (full copies or certificates) may be made online and will be sent to you by post.
The Atrium - Solidarity Section

This section assists you with registering your applications for home care services, your social housing application or your Administrative Procedures for obtaining social assistance from the City or the CCAS (‘Communal social action centre’).

You can make your payments by registering for automatic bill payments, via Internet banking or by sending a bank cheque by post.If you prefer to pay in person, pay using CESUs (Human services voucher), CAF (‘family allowance fund’) vouchers or by cash, or to obtain information about bills received, the Central Administration serves the public in the Administrative Centre during specific hours:
- on Monday, from 8:30 a.m. to noon,
- from Tuesday to Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.,
- on Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
